HangDog is the perfect facility for Rock Climbing Unit Standards. While we can not do the assessing, we can assist in the training.

Level 1
	20152	1 Credits	Experience and complete abseiling sessions People credited with this unit standard are able to experience and complete abseiling sessions.
	20210	1 Credits	Experience rock climbing People credited with this unit are able to identify equipment and access issues for rock climbing and participate in rock climbing sessions.
Level 2
	20157	3 Credits	Demonstrate the use of basic rope systems for top rope rock climbing and abseiling People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate the care and use of rock climbing gear; demonstrate belay and knot skills on top rope climbs; and complete self-protected abseils.
	444	1 Credits	Demonstrate basic rock climbing movement People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate spotting and climbing techniques, and identify issues related to climbing.
Level 3
	20149	3 Credits	Demonstrate lead climbing on bolted rock climbs People credited with this unit standard are able to: lead climb on single-pitch rock climbing routes with bolts and in-situ anchors; demonstrate descent techniques; belay a climber leading on bolts; demonstrate knowledge of equipment used for lead climbing on bolts; and demonstrate safe practices during lead climbing sessions.
	20150	5 Credits	Demonstrate rock climbing skills on natural rock People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate an understanding of route and equipment selection and hazard management; demonstrate rock climbing techniques; and demonstrate rock climbing ethics.
	20151	10 Credits	Demonstrate skills with ropes, knots, anchors, and belays for rock climbing and abseiling People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate an understanding of the uses and care of rock climbing and abseiling gear; demonstrate skills and understanding of knots and harnesses; demonstrate the setting up and operation of anchors and belays; construct an abseil system and abseil on single pitches; and demonstrate abseil rescue techniques.
	20155	2 Credits	Demonstrate knowledge of anchor systems and belaying for lead climbing on bolted natural rock climbs People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate knowledge of bolts, anchors and chains for outdoor sport climbing areas; and belay from the top of sport climbing routes. This unit standard is not intended to stand alone. It builds on the knowledge and skills covered in Unit 20149, Demonstrate lead climbing on bolted rock climbs to cover all the skills required to lead climb on bolted rock climbs on natural rock.
